A SEAMLESS WEDDING FILM EXPERIENCE

THE PROCESS · FROM FIRST HELLO TO FINAL FILM

THE TIMELINE

A bride with her bouquet

01. The Vision

A personalized consultation.

Before anything else, let’s get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. This is a relaxed, no pressure conversation where you can share your vision, ask questions, and learn how I work. If it feels right for both of us, we’ll take the next step together.

02. The Planning

Bride's vows

Curating your bespoke experience.

Weeks before your wedding, you'll receive a short questionnaire, and then I'll sit down with you, virtually or in person, to go through your timeline, your must-have moments, and anything about your day that makes it uniquely yours. The more I know going in, the more intentional I can be when it counts.

03. The Unfolding

Capturing moments with artistry.

This is the day you've planned for. My job is to disappear into it. I'll be everywhere, from the first look and ceremony to the toasts and quiet moments in between, but you'll rarely notice me. That's intentional. The less you think about the camera, the more real everything feels on film.

04. The Artistry

Crafting your story into film.

Bride and groom are kissing

This is where your day becomes your film. I spend weeks in the edit, carefully selecting moments, building the pace, choosing music that actually fits who you are as a couple, and applying color grading that feels timeless rather than trendy. Nothing is templated. Every cut is intentional. When you watch it for the first time, it should feel less like a highlight reel and more like actually being there again.

05. The Presentation

Grab the champagne, your film is ready. Your finished film is delivered through a premium private gallery, organized with chapter menus for your vows, toasts, and first dances. Watch it on your TV, share it with family across the country, and return to it whenever you want to feel that day again.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Documentary instincts, cinematic heart. I let your day unfold naturally and build the film around what actually happened: the real moments, the real emotions, the real you. Warm, timeless color tones. No trendy filters that will look dated in five years.

  • I reach out to your photographer before the wedding to coordinate timing and coverage. On the day, we work as a team, so you never have to manage the dynamic between us. That's our job, not yours.

  • Yes! Fully insured. If your venue or coordinator needs a certificate of insurance, just let me know and I'll have it to them promptly.

  • Love has no borders, and neither do I. I've filmed weddings from New York to Jamaica to Puerto Vallarta, and I'm always ready to go wherever your story takes us. Share your location and I'll handle everything from there.

  • Depending of your selected package, you'll receive a sneak peek within 48-72 hours of your wedding, a short preview to hold you over while the full edit is underway. Your complete wedding film is typically delivered within 8–12 weeks of your wedding date, through your private premium gallery where everything is organized and ready to share.
